Get limit defaults

/providers/{providerID}/limits/defaults

Read the platform defaults, your resolved provider defaults, the platform maxima, and the configuration versions behind them.

This route does not return 404. Unlike the provider policy read, a provider with no saved policy gets 200: the platform fallback supplies every provider dimension, and versions.provider is absent. A malformed providerID returns 400.

Auth: API key or bearer token. Scoped to the calling provider.
